Guess what?! I COMPLETELY forgot that my blog celebrated it’s first birthday!!
It was on April 10th & I just totally over looked it. I blame it on the ‘wedding brain’ 
In honor of my ‘first’ birthday, I figured I would do a survery of my ‘firsts.’
1. What was your first car?
A White 2005 Toyota Corolla Type S
<– kind of like that!
2. What was your first grade teacher’s name?
Mrs. Porter & I did not like her. She hated me. I think it’s because I talked too much….but at least I was a good student Once I left her class she LOVED me. It was so weird. She would give me candy whenever she saw me. Maybe it was actually poisoned! Just Kidding 
3. Who was your first celebrity crush?
Macaulay Culkin
I SWORE I was going to marry him! I would watch Home Alone almost every. single. day. My parents thought I was nuts. But I was HEAD over HEELS for him. So funny! He looks totally different now..& he seems to have gotten a bit weird!
4. What is the first thing you do in the morning?
Typically I turn my alarm off & then roll over & say ‘Good Morning’ to Craig.
5. What was your first pet?
When I was born my Dad had a daschund named Oscar. I LOVED that dog so much. He lived until I was about 7 or 8.
<– he was a brown daschund, kind of looked like this one.
The funny thing was that when I was little I would cry when his tail hit me because it was so hard. But he was a great dog
6. Where was your first plane trip to?
New Hampshire to visit my Grammie & Grandpa. I think I was about 2. (right, Dad?)
7. What was your first favorite store to shop at growing up?
Limited Too!
Oh my gosh- do you remember that store?? I swear I would blow SO much money there.
8. What was your first favorite animal?
Pigs.

They still are my favorite animal! That’s why I don’t eat any pig. I love them too much
9. How old were you when you got your first cell phone?
I was in high school- I think I was 16..maybe 17. I know it was after a lot of my friends, but my parents told me that I didn’t really need one. Which was true because they always knew where I was- either at cross country or track practice…or at my boyfriend’s house. BUT I still wanted one..and begged…and begged. I finally got one, but with lots of rules. Haha!
10. What was your first job?
My first job was working at Office Depot as a copy center associate. I actually really really liked it! I didn’t start working until I was 18 because I always had practice, so there was no time for me to have a job. But once practice ended I had to get a job. I actually transferred my job down to Orlando working for Office Depot (when I moved here to go to UCF) – I liked it that much.
11. What was the first reason that you got into running, or exercise in general?
It was my Dad. I would always see him go run all of the time. I always wanted to go with him, but I was too little- I wouldn’t be able to keep up. But then in middle school I started to go & run with him. It was our time- father daughter bonding time. I always LOVED our runs together while I was growing up. Now I still look forward to running with my Dad whenever I see him. Like I said, it’s our time to just talk tabout life.
12. What was the first magazine you subscribed too? (Or your parents subscribed you to )
Highlights.
Do you remember that magazine?? I always loved the hidden picture activities.
13. What is the first thing you learned how to cook?
I think it was either eggs or macaroni & cheese. Now you understand why I have SO much love for that little blue box 
14. What was your first favorite show?
Full House.
I thought Mary Kate & Ashley were so cool! Remember all of their movies too? I had a bunch of those too- haha!
15. When did you first start reading blogs & what was the first one you started reading?
I started reading them in early 2010 & then I decided to start my own. The first one I started reading was Carrots N’ Cake. Tina is awesome! Then I decided to start my own.

That picture with the pig is so darn cute!!! I loved Full House too! Every once in a while I catch it on TV and I will definitely leave it on. I know the plot of almost every episode – I just have to see about 30 seconds of it and I know right away which episode it is. It’s the same with Saved by the Bell!!

/ April 15, 2011Wow it sent before I was done with my response. How annoying. Anywho. First of all Happy Birthday to GFAAS! It’s been a fun last 6 months of me following you (and I’m sure a better 6 months beforehand ha). I love your blog Holly and it is absolutely fabulous.
My first car was (and still is) a Pontiac Firebird and I love it. I’ll run the thing to ground if I have too. I never went to first grade but year 1 in England which was good. It was rather similar. My mom got me into swimming because I was overweight and didn’t want to be harsh to me at such a young age.

/ April 15, 2011Omg! Highlights magazine and Full House!! My mom always got me Highlights magazine and I think I’ve seen every episode of Full House at least 5 times…I also watched part of an episode this morning while at the gym, ha! My first car was a white Ford Explorer..what a beast it was!

My first plane trip was to Disney World! I remember smiling and laughing so much during the take off with my brothers
My first magazine was American Girl Dolls, I always wanted everything in there though!
Pancakes were the first thing I learned to cook. I then would make them every Saturday for my family for the next 5 years! It’s safe to say we don’t have pancakes too often anymore, got a bit sick of them
The very first blog I read was Jenna’s at Eat, Live, Run. I was a creeper and read her blog from the very beginning so I could catch up!
