Sunday Funday!

Good morning/ afternoon!

Today has been REALLY good & productive so far!

First- let me tell you about the frozen yogurt we had last night- SO GOOD!! I got the cake batter flavor & Craig got the peanut butter. They had a TON of flavors- there was even Red Velet Cake flavor, (That’s the kind of wedding cake I want…when that time comes :))  which I was ALMOST going to get (that’s my favorite kind of cake) but, I went with the Cake batter.

I got a lot of it- so that we could have some tonight too 😉 (and..since it was BOGO….had to pass up!) We watched the Housewives of NYC & then part of The Blind Side- one of my FAVORITE movies..about Michael Oher my FAVORITE Ravens player 🙂 We saw it in the theater & then the day it came out Craig got it for me as a surprise! 🙂 Think we might watch the rest of it today at some point.

This morning I got up EARLY (well for a weekend day) & headed to the gym! I wanted to do a longer run today- since I usually don’t have time to do it during the week because of work. I did an incline & speed work.

I started with speed work- then did the incline work….

After my run, I did the “Whittle My Middle” workout & then 40 crunches on the Bosu ball.

When I came home I made breakfast for Craig & I- made him eggs &cheese+ sausage on a bagel & home fries.

For me:

Sunday Breakfast

3 egg whites with spinach, mushrooms & onions. And homefries & a glass of light Orange juice! It was SO good!! I’m still full- looks like I’ll be full until dinner time 🙂

After breakfast I ran to get groceries for the week…& talked to my Dad for awhile 🙂 He always makes me smile.

I have a REALLY good meal planned for tonight- can’t wait to cook it 🙂
