I just happened to stumble upon this blog today & I love it…

Dealing with a similar situation I can COMPLETELY relate to this post- the fight with food..and knowing how to eat right in order to fuel your body, without constantly feeling guilty.Β

Peanut Butter and Jenny

Just a random mid-day post that I wanted to add because this hit home & I loved that she realized the problem & then went out & fixed it!! πŸ™‚

  1. That was a great post, thanks for linking it. I love to see girls realize that what they are doing to themselves is harmful. Exercising like crazy and then eating fake foods (“sugar free”) or very tiny amounts of food IS harmful.

No 20-year old girl is a homebody…or at least it’s rare. When you want to spend your nights inside your home b/c it’s safer than going out to eat with friends, that’s a sign that something is not right. I’m glad she is realizing this.

    • I agree- I saw myself so much in that post by her as well- I was kind of like WHOA. Sometimes it takes harsh criticism to realize that what you are doing is not good for you…
& thank you for your great post this morning & last night as well- I learned alot from the weight training article πŸ™‚ you are the best!

  2. nice post! thanks for the linkage πŸ™‚

its just yet another affirmation to me that what I’m doing now is the RIGHT thing.
