Thanks for checking out my “workouts” section- a lot of these I have found from other bloggers- all of the ones listed I enjoy doing myself. I will let you know where I found them, if I know ūüôā I will also add the total miles if I know that as well- they will eventually all have the milage with them. I have done all of them at least once, but I did not record the miles until recently for them.
