Bootcamp & SHREDmill Workout

Good Morning!!

I just love Thursdays- one day until Friday 🙂 It’s probably one of my favorite days, only because the whole day I am happy to know that tomorrow is Friday..does that make any sense??

On Thursday I like to do extra hard workouts- gets my day going even better!

I switched it up a bit & did Living Room Boot Came from Bobbi at N Her Shoes– it was Bootcamp #1, I just changed a few things:

Living Room Boot Camp
1 min. Jump Rope
1 min. Bicep curls
25 lunges each leg- on Bosu 
1 min. jumping jacks
50 crunches on Bosu ball
1 min. Jump rope
25 squats on Bosu
1 min. high knees
20 chair dips
1 min. butt kicks
50 bicycle crunches
20 chair dips
20 military presses w/ 10lb. Weights
15 burpies with a jump at the top
1 minute blank on Bosu
30 sec. side plank hold- each side
50 reverse crunches
1 minute mountain climbers on Bosu

After that, which was  about 20/ 25 minutes, I did some more ab exercises-

Ball pass with stability ball, more reverse crunches holding stability ball, toe reaches with stability ball & a few others 🙂

After that, I decided to a “shredmill workout”- And I feel SO bad, but I cannot remember where I got this workout idea from. I have gone thru all of the usual blogs that I get workouts from & I can’t seem to find it on any of theirs, so I’m thinking I might have gotten it off another site or a magazine?? So sorry that I can’t recall…but here’s the workout- it’s really good 🙂

Total Time: 42:00, 3.21 miles. Splits: 14:43, 10:58, 11:36, 4:16 (definitely not fast by any means, but great incline work!!) Max heart rate: 169, Avg: 145, 260 calories burned

It was a good change to my workout this morning. I like changing things up. And, you know what? Those new exercises yesterday must of worked by abs quite well, because I woke up with sore abs- that is my FAVORITE feeling to wake up with! (Am I a total weirdo!??! lol)

Guess what else I changed?? My breakfast! Oh, yes, SHOCKER!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my ‘yogurt mess’ yesterday, so I figured I’d have it for breakfast today- 1 Chobani blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup Kashi go lean, & 1/2 a banana

So how about all of that Sandra Bullock drama? I feel so bad for her! She seems like such a sweet down to earth person- & I LOVE that she won an Oscar for her performance in The Blind Side- about my boy, Michael Oher 🙂

Anyways, then this morning I hear all about the adoption of the baby with Jesse James…it’s just a shame. He is such an idiot!!

All of it is just CRAZY! And then he is going to ‘sex-rehab’ too- what the heck is that anyways??????? Tiger Woods, Jesse James, Charlie Sheen too (I think??)  What a mess!

I hope it all works out for her- she deserves the best 🙂

What’s your opinion on all of that???

  1. Her lil babyboy is ADORABLE. I think she seems like a wonderful person and I’m so happy for her!I’m glad she has the little b aby to help her get through all of this!
